The Simple and Savory Jukut Undis (+ Recipe)

My second recipe to be featured by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). Previously, my Brenebon soup recipe has been featured on its website.

This time I am sharing with you a recipe of Balinese tasty traditional soup, Jukut Undis. It uses dried legumes of black pigeon peas or kacang bali or undis. Other ingredients are shallot, garlic, chili, galangal, ginger, lemongrass, shrimp paste, and Indian bay leaf. It tastes delicious, savory and refreshing.
